When I began my latest (last and most successful) attempt at weight loss, I knew I needed a way to stay focussed. The big goal, getting under 100 kgs (220.4 lbs) was so immense that I felt overwhelmed. By breaking it down into smaller goals, and including other significant weights to me, I made it achievable. And, as you would have noticed I have REACHED MY ULTIMATE WEIGHT GOAL! Infact, I've completed almost every goal on this list.
